Incredible customer service, clean room, comfy bed, AC worked great, convenient parking access.

The rooms were okay, but the staff were unfriendly and speaks mean to us.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a safe area, just next door to airport and numerous shopping malls, downtown Tulsa, and hill. All the staff was very amiable and super friendly, solved my issues. The room was fine & reasonably large together with a jacuzzi and TV, for instance.

The staff here was friendly and helpful, perfect for a 3-star hotel; the location was convenient, close to shopping centers, downtown, and the airport, and the South Tulsa area was definitely worth exploring.

The hotel was well-maintained and had a great location. the room was fantastic, with comfortable double beds and a recliner. We enjoyed the breakfast provided. We had a very pleasant stay.

The staff was not friendly at all. The rooms had a lot of problems with stains, things falling apart. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years. I was just not impressed at all.

The price was excellent and the hotel was ok for the low amount we paid. The owners were incredibly kind and made an effort to make us feel welcomed. They gave our grandson some old room keys that had various super heroes on them which was nice.

The location is in a somewhat industrial area and the hotel was right off the highway which can be looked at as both good and bad. The only true negative was that I did hear that the night after we left, there was a man shot there but he didn't die. I dont know the whole story and didn't verify it with the news or police but have no reason to doubt the story either. So that's a bit unsettling...

The location was convenient for where we wanted to go. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful about some things. Though the website pictures were misleading, because our room was small, old, not very clean and the refrigerator didn't work. The cleaning crew came in and made up the the beds and left fresh towels,even though we requested no one come in our room while we were gone for the day and our things were inside. All in all, it was ok for what we needed, but too expensive for what we got.

We preferred a ground floor room and the staff was wonderful about switching us.

The hotel is clean and well-kept. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and polite. Rooms feature amenities like a jacuzzi and mini-fridge. A variety of breakfast options are available. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many places. my experience was excellent.
